Good luck to all our teams playing in the Ohio Travel Cup Tournament this weekend. To help make the tournament information accessible for parents and coaches, below is some of the important information you may need this weekend regarding the tournament.

All the information has also been posted on the home page of our website. All games (except for final games) have been added to each team's Sports Engine calendar and can be viewed on our website homepage, each team's specific page online as well as on the app.  Maps of the Lodi/Wadsworth fields have been added to the photo section of each team's page so you can easily access the field maps from the app as well.

FIELD ADDRESSES & MAPS
Lodi:

To help alleviate traffic issues at the Lodi Venue:

• If you are playing on fields 1-14, use the first entrance off Lake Road.
• If you are playing on Fields A-G and 15-30, please use the 2nd entrance off Lake Road.

Wadsworth/Muhl Fields:

• ADDITIONAL HEPFUL INFORMATION:
• Custom Tournament Apparel will be available for purchase at ALL venues. Look at fields maps of each venue for locations.
• Grand Slam Images will be taking photos at ALL venues for team tournament posters. Posters will be available for purchase for $20.
• Concessions will be available at all venues:
  • LODI: Kurtz Concessions, Fortune Café, Sunset Slush Food Truck
  • WADSWORTH: Barrio Tacos, Jackpot Chicken Food Truck, Concession Stand

• Dogs are prohibited at all Ohio Travel Cup Venues.

INFORMATION FOR COACHES/MANAGERS:

Game Cards 
The coach/manager of the winning team is responsible for retrieving the game card from the referee at the conclusion of the game and immediately bringing the game card to tournament headquarters at the venue the game was played.  If the game was played at Lodi, bring the card to the indoor building. If the game was played at Wadsworth, bring the card to the headquarters/admin tent noted on the map. This is how we update scores and standings.

Scores and standings 
Scores and standings will be posted at the tournament headquarters at each venue and can be be found online here 

Awards 
Medals will be awarded for champions and finalists in all flights immediately after the conclusion of the championship game. All championship games will be played at the Lodi venue. All champions and finalists playing in championship games on fields #1-9, 13-14 and a-b should report to the awards tent in the front portion of the venue (near field 2) immediately after the conclusion of the game for the awards presentation. All champions and finalists playing in championship games on fields #11-12, 15-30 and c-f should report to the awards tent in the back portion of the venue (near fields 24-26) immediately after the conclusion of the game for the awards presentation.

Injuries/trainers
A trainer will be on duty at both the Lodi venue (indoor building) and the Wadsworth venue (admin tent).   If you need a trainer to report to a field, call 440-263-7546 or 216-214-0083.  Please be prepared to tell us what field number the trainer should report to.
