Please remember to notify your coaching staff in advance if you will miss a practice or a game.
Remember to bring with you: Your soccer backpack, properly inflated ball,
water or sports drink, shin guards, soccer cleats, remember to dress for
the weather (long undershirt, winter cap or ear muffs, leggings for under
your uniform).
Remember: Bring both uniform shirt colors to each game. There are times
that we may be required to change uniform colors to better contrast the
opposing team. If you forget your alternate color, the ref will not let you
play.
